5 most loved-up celeb couples of 2012

If there’s one group of people who know how to swoon for the cameras, it’s celebrity couples. From tragic breakups to heartfelt reunions, celebrity life is splashed out across the papers and glossy magazines for the world to see – and in some cases learn from. Forget the private romantics, here is a look at five of the most loved-up, publically affectionate celebrity couples of 2012.

 Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds

Newlyweds Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds have been inseparable since tying the knot earlier this year. The couple has been spotted smooching on their private balcony and fans even got a look at Lively’s stunning pink diamond ring. While they only enjoyed a brief honeymoon before returning to the filming set, their honeymoon period in this marriage is clearly still alive and well.

Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis

This is a new couple that has received huge attention due to Kutcher’s high profile split from ex-wife Demi Moore. The happy couple Kutcher and Kunis originally met on the set of That 70s Show. Since they made their relationship public the pair have been spotted holding hands, kissing and canoodling across New York City. If you’re looking to find the sort of love and passion you could shout about from the rooftops, online dating is a solution. Websites like eHarmony AU specialise in bringing together highly compatible singles who have the potential to truly connect for heartfelt and meaningful relationships.

Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson

The Twilight stars first fell in love as the teenage romantics Bella and Edward and have remained a couple throughout the three films of the franchise to date. In July this year the world was shocked to hear that Kristen has cheated on Rob with the married director of her latest film, Snow White and The Huntsman. Despite the controversy love overcame all, Rob forgave the very public indiscretion and the pair are now as happy as ever.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West

If there’s one couple who have no problem with public attention, it’s these two. Social media sites like Twitter have been instrumental in Kardashian’s rise to fame and she frequently posts photos of the pair locking lips. Kanye has even appeared on her reality TV program, Keeping Up With The Kardashians. The loved-up couple was spotted wearing matching Cat woman and Batman Halloween costumes and recently took a trip to London together. With two such strong, high profile personalities in one relationship, it would be a brave person who would offer relationship advice to “Kimye” as their known – but so far it seems smooth sailing for this happy pair.

Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes

This pair was first spotted together when filming their new film, The Place Beyond the Pines. In the movie the two Hollywood heartthrobs play the roles of husband and wife, but since then it has been reported that the pair have taken the romance off screen as well. They were photographed holding hands and kissing during a visit to Disneyland California. Ryan Gosling has been in a number of high profile relationships in the past already, having dated on screen lover Rachel McAdams and Spiderman star Kirsten Dunst.

Romantic Date Ideas for Autumn

Autumn, also known as fall, marks the transition from summer to winter. It can seem like a slightly depressing time for many of us, as we say goodbye to the sunshine and some good memories. They say that autumn is the ‘season of gentle decay’, as the leaves die and fall off the trees; the possibilities of summer are gone, and the chill of winter is on the horizon. Skies turn grey, and many people turn inward, both physically and mentally. But that doesn’t mean that your love life needs to die.

There are many great things you can do for a date at this time of year. It may be getting nippier outside but the surroundings can be beautiful; the trees become different shades of red and orange before they all fall off.

AutumnThere will be a few farmers markets appearing at this time of year. These can be a great way to just get to know your date more as you talk about all of the different foods for sale. You could even shop for ingredients which you’re going to cook together, which would be a perfect bonding session.

Apples and pumpkins are ready to pick at this time of the year. This could also be great fun and gives you plenty of time to get to know each other and have a fun time. You can enjoy the refreshingly cool air and still come home with something to possibly cook! There’s also a possibility that there will be special events at orchards as this is a popular time of year to go. Another great romantic idea is wine tasting. You could take a visit to a winery or a vineyard, taste some wine then take a bottle (or two) home for dinner!

Wine Tasting
If you fancy getting a bit of exercise and enjoying the outside environment you could get your boots on and go for a hike. Big parks will have plenty footpaths you can take for a wonder, which may be covered in orange leaves but will certain add a little romance into the atmosphere. This is a great time to hike; the weather’s a little cooler, and there are a lot less bugs flying around- so no unnecessary disturbances.

Autumn leavesIf you’re feeling a little lazier- and have a car- you could go for a drive in the country. The settings will sure to be beautiful. You could prepare a surprise picnic which you could stop off and enjoy in a romantic spot. Here are some picnic ideas for outdoor adventures if you’ve never really planned one.

Whatever you decide to do remember that autumn is actually a great time to get more proactive with dating. It’s the time you’d start a new school year, so you should take that fresh mentality with you for dating to set you up for the next months ahead; we all know the winter (and Christmas) is coming- no one wants to be alone at this time of that time of the year.

Go outside

Is there anything lovelier than a picnic? Step into the great outdoors and share your happiness with the world. It could be an out-of-the-way spot in the country or just a nice little park in the city. Bring a soft blanket, pack a hamper full of your favourite foods (don’t forget the champagne!), and share a toast under the blue sky.

Stay inside

Home is, after all, where the heart is! Cook a scrumptious dinner, curl up on the couch together, drink some wine and watch your favourite DVDs. It may not sound too special, but there’s nothing like home comfort, and the two most important factors can take centre stage – you! Plus, there won’t be any cab queues when you decide to move to the bedroom.

Try something new

Get out of your comfort zone and do something out of the ordinary together! A cooking class is good, messy fun, and has a practical application (hello, yummy home recipes), or screech about your love as a duet to a packed karaoke bar. Rock climbing is a great bonding exercise for adrenaline junkies, or try a burlesque workshop to pick up some sexy moves and get in the mood.

Get away

Treat yourself! Pack up the car and spend a weekend curled in front of a country cabin fire, or jet set off to a white sandy beach where you can soak up the sun. You could take in a winery tour together, or absorb some exotic culture on a far-flung island. Work on your tan, and throw off the stress of the rat race for one luxurious weekend.

Old faithful

Who can pass up having a delicious meal in a fancy eatery before heading up to a five star hotel room for the night? It may seem an anniversary cliché, but it’s a popular choice for a reason. Get all dolled up and share a glass or two by candlelight. Of course, you could always stay in and treat yourself to room service. We’re sure you can find a way to entertain yourselves!
